These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scots law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

We try to ensure that all of the information shown is correct but cannot guarantee that our website is free from errors.

If you are in any doubt, please contact us before placing your order. By placing an order you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Automatic confirmation will be sent immediately via email to the address you provide us when placing your order. If you do not receive a order confirmation email, please contact us and we will send a copy. Please check the details on your order, you can alter your order up to 12 hours after placing e.g. you selected the wrong colour, please contact us with the changes needed.

Coupon/Discount Codes
Coupon codes must be entered before checkout/payment, we are unable to refund moneys after your order is placed.

Payment is due in advance. Your credit/debit card will be debited at the time of placing your order. Once payments have cleared, we will process your order.

Your product will be dispatched within 5 working days, if you have not received your products within 7 days, please contact us. Please check your goods immediately upon receipt to ensure they match the order placed.

The website is secured using 2048Bit SSL/TLS encryption, card payments are processed via a third party, we do not hold any credit/debit card information.

Order Cancellation
On 13 June 2014 the Distance Selling Regulations were subsumed into the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. These apply to sales of goods or services to consumers without face-to-face contact. This includes selling by mail order, through the internet, using digital television, or by telephone, fax or text message.

You have the right to cancel up to 14 days after receiving your goods. If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned to us in their original packaging, at your own expense and in original unused condition. We recommend obtaining proof of postage. You will receive your refund within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods. If you do not return the goods within 14 days, you must pay any costs incurred in collecting them.

Returns – Faulty Goods
If the goods are faulty please contact us including a photograph of the fault. Goods that are faulty will be replaced, we do not require you to return faulty goods. Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.

If upon delivery you realise the wrong item was ordered we are unable to offer a refund.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first, if a return and refund is agreed we with provide return instructions and address. Refunds will be to the same payment method.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
